ABOUT US...

Municipal Solutions is a premier 'local government' consultancy founded in 2003 on our ability to assist small to medium-sized cities, towns and schools by addressing the unique challenges associated with efficiency, technology and safety. We are a 'collaborative consultancy' - a national team of 120 Senior Associates, Senior Analysts, Analysts and Interns who provide a variety of solutions to 89,000 organizations within 'local government'.

MANAGEMENT TEAM

In 2009, Municipal Solutions became an international consultancy. Since then, our internationally-experienced consultants have assisted on a variety of international development projects including projects requiring expertise in Organizational Development, Capacity Building, Civil Service Reform, Decentralization, Land Reform, Public Financial Management, Programmatic Assessments and Project Management. Our consultants have completed assignments with various contractors in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bosnia, Iraq, Jordan, Libya, Trinidad, and Tunisia for agencies including the Asian Development Bank, European Commission, US Agency for International Development, and more.

In 2011, Municipal Solutions consultants began advising Fortune 500s and emerging businesses and industries.  Because many of our Senior Associates have worked in both Government AND Industry, and because of our national professional network, our experts facilitate effective and productive business relationships including access to 1000s of top decision-makers, improve products, fine-tunine a company's value proposition, and increase product placement success. We also work with our local government counterparts to develop use-cases and product placement opportunities with innovative local governments.
